It is a project implemented between 2019 and 2020 aiming to bring together energy efficiency stakeholders, enhance collaboration, strengthen association capacity, and enable more active participation in policy and decision-making processes.
It was carried out between 2021 and 2022 under the leadership of EYODER in partnership with EHAE (Energy Law and Research Institute) and FEDERESCO (Federazione Nazionale delle Esco /Italian Association of ESCOs) with the objectives of establishing cooperation among NGOs operating in the field of energy efficiency in Türkiye and EU countries, elevating existing Energy Efficiency Services (EVD) companies to the level of ESCOs worldwide and enhancing their institutional capacities, promoting the widespread use of Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) that pay for themselves through energy efficiency, and fostering expertise and collaboration in the field of energy efficiency.
A position paper prepared by EYODER for the German Energy Agency DENA, providing a general overview of energy efficiency in Türkiye as of 2022.
The TEVMOT Project, in which EYODER is contributer, is a project aimed at promoting energy-efficient motors in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Türkiye. Replacing inefficient electric motors used in industry with highly energy-efficient motors marks the beginning of a significant transformation that will contribute to the Turkish economy by saving 34 billion kWh of energy annually.
The NEW GENERATION Project, carried out between 2017 and 2018 and in which EYODER participated, aims to contribute to the renovation efforts for low-energy buildings and the transfer of energy efficiency culture to future generations by preparing a guide for educators in vocational and technical schools.
