Project Objectives:
Bringing together energy efficiency stakeholders and enhancing collaboration
Strengthening the association’s capacity to enable more active participation in policy and decision-making processes
GOAL 1: IMPROVEMENT OF EYODER’S ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
Activity 1.1: Establishment of the “Energy Efficiency Stakeholders” database and data collection activity
– A website will be prepared,
– Interested stakeholders will become members, and information exchange on energy efficiency will take place,
– Data will be collected through EVDs (and other institutions), (e.g., deep.eefig.eu)
Activity 1.2: Analysis of energy consumption indicators and energy-saving potential, and preparation of a report
– The collected data will be analyzed,
– Methodology to calculate potential energy efficiency (EE) savings by building types and industrial sub-sectors
– A report will be prepared
RESULT 1: As a result of research and data collection activities on Energy Efficiency and Energy Management, EYODER’s administrative skills will be enhanced.
GOAL 2: IMPROVEMENT OF EYODER’S ADVOCACY SKILLS
Activity 2.1: Preparation of a recommendation report on energy efficiency and energy management (paper) preparation
– Current situation in Türkiye, ISO 50001, positions of local governments, lessons learned from audits, EPS studies, international best practices,
Activity 2.2: Presentation of energy-saving potential analyses
– The results from 1.2 and 2.1 will be discussed in a workshop,
RESULT 2: EYODER’s advocacy skills will be enhanced through the establishment of collaboration between public and private stakeholders.
